Teach at our Yokohama School

Our Yokohama school is our second school and we currently have 400 students and 10 teachers. Teachers and students are very welcoming and you will feel at home quickly here. The school also has many veteran teachers and the quality of teaching is really top notch. We are looking for teachers with an open mind and a willingness to accept feedback and turn it into action. Teachers who are not humble and passionate about teaching will not succeed and feel out of place here.

We originally started the Yokohama school in our sister Korean school and were there for two years and finally moved out in August 2016. Making our own school was a big turning point and our Yokohama school has grown really quickly as result of this change.

What is Unique About Yokohama?

We have many Japanese language students in our Tokyo schools and Yokohama is different. Here we have mainly University students or those married to a Japanese spouse. The average length of stay in Japan for teachers here is also much longer than other schools. Several teachers have been in Japan for more than 4 years and most have been here more than 1 year.

The students who come here come from all over the Kanagawa area. We even have some students who spend more than 45 minutes one way to attend your classes.

Start by going to the West Exit and give yourself around 30 minutes to find the school. You can hang out if you come early and make sure to call the school if you will be late. Make sure you follow the images below or else you will get lost.
